Our chef Romain Lorenzon invites you at his private table for an intimate dining experience revolving around a meticulously crafted menu and connection. Drawing inspiration from the local terroir, his menu celebrates the essence of Provencal cuisine. The Chef’s Table offers a dynamic and interactive dining experience in which a series of dishes are cooked in front of you while you watch the kitchen’s action.

Versatile enough, the Chef’s Table is a multi-purpose space for any special occasion or private event including a lunch or dinner, be it a meeting, birthday dinner or a privately-hosted cooking demonstration.

The Chef’s Table is available throughout the season, on a privatization basis, seating up to 12 guests.
