Drawing inspiration from our emblematic region, our Chef Quentin Lailler invites you to his Chef’s Table and takes you through his menu which tells a story of the local terroir and that of Mathieu, our fisherman from Camargue, Aurélien, the gardener of our vegetable garden, and our indispensable local farmers.
On the wine side, our Sommelier Emmanuel Letournoux will guide you through our 1,400-label wine list, focusing on the great vintages of Southern France, the Rhone Valley, and Burgundy.
La Table de Tourrel is accessed through a side alley with a beautiful 17th century entrance door and via a majestic staircase leading to the show kitchen on first floor.
